The CT-9000 series is NEWARE's flagship battery tester mainly designed for cycle life testing, DCIR, HPPC, OCV, SOC, SOH and so on. With 4 current output ranges, it can detect the subtle difference of all kinds of battery materials, such as electrodes, electrolyte and separator, which is preferred by so many battery scientists and battery engineers.

CT-9008, as a modern industrial product with all-black sheet metal stove paint, is born for high-precision testing of battery typrs. Compared with CT-9000-5V5A-4CH-GSM, there's only one channel of CT-9000-5V5A-8CH that can perform high-frequency pulse test at the same time.
CT-9000 is born with 4 current output ranges: 0.1 μA - 150 μA, 150 μA - 5 mA, 5 mA - 150 mA and 150 mA - 5 A, making it possible to accurately test cells in a wide range of capacities. More importantly, it's also ideal for testing the C-rate performance of battery cells from high to low.
For example, it takes only one CT-9000 to test a 50mAh cell from 0.001C(0.05mA) to 20C(1000mA) instead of a few others due to its powerful capability.
Each Channels Constant Voltage and Current Source
Compared to other modules of NEWARE testers, the CT-9000 series has a higher recording frequency up to 1000Hz. The IEC standard DCIR function of the CT-9000 is also based on the high frequency data set, allowing more DCIR values to be obtained in the same time range.
The pulse test supports the setting of a minimum pulse width of 100ms, which can be used to check the performance of the battery pack under rapidly changing current and power.
Simulation test support. Simulate the actual battery pack testing environment to verify the battery pack performance under real using. It supports loading maximum 100W rows of changing data.
Forced discharge of the battery pack to 0V, suitable for various safety tests, destructive tests and other tests of the battery pack.
*This function is optional
Battery test steps need to be estimated for multiple conditions according to different operations during test applications; condition switches meet requirements for multi-exit programming types. "And""or" logic operation, "≥", "≤", "=" comparison; time duration "t", can meet control requirements for special tests. Each step supports 5 condition switches; support multi-exits, go to any steps, achieve more flexible process control.
