It utilizes thermocouple sensors to monitor surface temperatures in real-time, covering a range from -4~266℉(-20~130℃). The precise temperature control and real-time temperature acquisition ensure stability and accuracy throughout the testing process.

The equipment adopts PLC automatic control to simulate external short circuits on batteries, enabling precise control over the experiment process and real-time recording of battery voltage, current, and surface temperature changes. Various short circuit stop modes can be selected for external short circuit simulations, including short circuit time and battery surface temperature.
