The percentage of paired cells in relation to the total number of qualified cells.Note: Paired cell count refers to cells that meet the requirements for grouping and pairing, indicating the number of cells falling within the specified range for pairing, mainly concerning capacity, internal resistance, and self-discharge. This primarily assesses the consistency of cells and can be expressed using the sigma values for capacity, internal resistance, and self-discharge.
The alignment degree between the separator and the positive or negative electrode within the core pack is referred to as "FU" (Alignment Uniformity).
The percentage of the number of produced cells in relation to the number of input cells.
This activity focuses on reducing process variation and enhancing understanding of the process using statistical methods, so that the process operates in the desired manner. It includes two components: process control and process improvement.
The produced product is non-conforming and cannot be brought into compliance through rework, resulting in the product being discarded or disposed of.
The percentage of cells that meet the requirements for grouping and pairing in relation to the initial input of cells in the production of cells.
