Solution 1: Check if the voltage at the temperature input terminal is stable. Solution 2: Verify if the temperature reference table has been correctly written
Issue Description: In the data download interface, the progress bar shows a successful 100% download. Upon checking the NDAdata folder, the downloaded NDA data is present. However, double-clicking to open the data results in no response. Additionally, multiple BTSDA processes are found running when checking the task manager.
Solution 1: The device does not come with a negative power supply and should not be discharged to 0V or discharged with constant current at low voltage. Check if the settings are incorrect. Solution 2: Check if the device version and client version are the same. Steps to view the client version: Open the BTS8.0 software, right-click and select "View Channel Information" → you can see "Server Version" and "Client Version".
Modify the method of capacity measurement to ensure consistent cycle counting for each device. It is recommended to choose: charge before discharge. Open the BTSDA software, select the wrench-shaped icon - "Parameter settings," choose "Circulating layer," and modify the Circular statistics to "Charge first."
The recording time, also known as relative time exported in reports, is the execution time of the Control Unit steps. Absolute time is the same as computer time, continuously running, including stops, pauses, protections, etc.
During battery performance testing, if abnormal capacity is detected, whether it's unusually high or low, you can address it by considering the following solutions.
