During battery performance testing, if abnormal capacity is detected, whether it's unusually high or low, you can address it by considering the following solutions.

Scenario Description: Some users test computer and data processing computer are separate, there may be a big difference between the data opened by the two computers. The following programs can be troubleshooting and processing.

Check if the battery and fixture are in good contact and inspect whether the aviation plug wire is intact and properly connected to the equipment.

Solution 1: The device does not come with a negative power supply and should not be discharged to 0V or discharged with constant current at low voltage. Check if the settings are incorrect.
Solution 2: Check if the device version and client version are the same.
Steps to view the client version: Open the BTS8.0 software, right-click and select "View Channel Information" → you can see "Server Version" and "Client Version".

If there are random data anomalies, first check if the fixture is causing the issue.

Solution 1: Check the version of Excel. For exporting Excel curve data in version 7.6.0, you need to install Excel 2003 or Excel 2010. Other versions of Excel are not compatible.
