Unable to export excel data

Solution 1: Check the version of Excel. For exporting Excel curve data in version 7.6.0, you need to install Excel 2003 or Excel 2010. Other versions of Excel are not compatible.

Solution 2: Check if the BTS software is the latest version. If it's not the latest version, it's recommended to update to the new version. To export curves, you can install the WPS Personal Edition. Right-click to view "Channel information," where you can check the server version and client version.

The recording time, also known as relative time exported in reports, is the execution time of the Control Unit steps. Absolute time is the same as computer time, continuously running, including stops, pauses, protections, etc.
