The steps saved using a higher version of the software cannot be launched on an older version. It is recommended to update the software version.
For example, process step files saved in BTS8.1 cannot be launched in BTS8.0.

Check if the computer configuration meets the requirements.
Restart the control unit (restart the device), wait until the control unit screen is completely off, and then turn it on again.
Note: Only one channel can be move at a time. The moving channel must be in the working state, and the moved channel must be in the completed state. This function supports only BTS8.0 or later versions.
1. Can NDA data from 4S_4.x be used for historical data continuity on the 4S_8.x Control Unit? No, currently historical data continuity only supports the use of the same type of Control Unit on the same server.
Modify the equipment box number through the calibration software or box number modification software. It is not recommended to perform this operation on your own. Please contact the after-sales department for assistance.
