Failed to execute the step file

The steps saved using a higher version of the software cannot be launched on an older version. It is recommended to update the software version. For example, process step files saved in BTS8.1 cannot be launched in BTS8.0.

Regarding the accessory issue, we suggest purchasing the required components and then, under the guidance of the after-sales department, you can replace them yourself. Please note that the specific steps for replacement may vary depending on the different devices.

Select BTSDAEx for the saved data opening method and update the BTSDA software to the latest version.

Note: Only one channel can be move at a time. The moving channel must be in the working state, and the moved channel must be in the completed state. This function supports only BTS8.0 or later versions.
