Software font display abnormality

Solution 1：Check if the process step settings are correct. Then inspect the fixture for any damage.
Solution 2：Verify if the displayed current and voltage values match the set values. If not, please contact the after-sales department.

Solution 1: If the control unit program is abnormally stuck, upgrade the control unit program.
Solution 2: Delete unnecessary backup tasks, modify backup settings, clean up disk space, or replace (add) new hard drives.

First, check the physical connections of the equipment (network cable, fixture, flight plug and etc.).
If the inability to start/stop is caused by communication issues, then restart the equipment.

Open the "System Settings" interface of the BTS client, and in the "Data Download" section, check if there is an option for "Export Auxiliary Channel Data." If the issue persists, it may be a bug. Please provide feedback to the after-sales team for resolution.

Modify the equipment box number through the calibration software or box number modification software. It is not recommended to perform this operation on your own. Please contact the after-sales department for assistance.

After uninstalling the software, reinstall it. If the problem still persists, please contact the after-sales department for assistance.
