Solution 1: Shut down the equipment for 20 minutes, then restart both the equipment and the computer.

Solution 2: Upgrade the client-server, and format the control unit (upgrading the server and formatting the control unit may pose risks, it is recommended to contact the after-sales department for assistance).

Solution 3: It may be due to the channel stop time being too long, resulting in a channel continuation alarm. The control unit time synchronization has not been updated completely. After synchronization is completed, the channel continuation will return to normal.
