Channel connection failed

Modify the equipment box number through the calibration software or box number modification software. It is not recommended to perform this operation on your own. Please contact the after-sales department for assistance.

Open the "System Settings" interface of the BTS client, and in the "Data Download" section, check if there is an option for "Export Auxiliary Channel Data." If the issue persists, it may be a bug. Please provide feedback to the after-sales team for resolution.

You can try restarting the computer first to resolve the issue. If the problem is not resolved, please upgrade the client-server. If you are unsure how to upgrade the client-server, please contact the after-sales department.

Solution 1: Check if the fixture has poor contact, readjust or replace the fixture as needed.
Solution 2: The equipment does not have a negative power supply, so it cannot be discharged to 0V, and constant current discharge at low voltage should be avoided. Please reset the test steps accordingly.
Solution 3: The issue may be caused by a faulty PIO board leading to the protection of the lower computer. It requires replacing the PIO board to restore communication. Please contact the after-sales department to resolve this problem.

Clean up disk space or replace the SD card.

Solution 1：Check if the process step settings are correct. Then inspect the fixture for any damage.
Solution 2：Verify if the displayed current and voltage values match the set values. If not, please contact the after-sales department.
