It may be caused by incorrect initial step settings or poor battery contact. Please check if the initial step settings are correct and ensure that the fixture has good contact with the battery.
Open the "System Settings" interface of the BTS client, and in the "Data Download" section, check if there is an option for "Export Auxiliary Channel Data." If the issue persists, it may be a bug. Please provide feedback to the after-sales team for resolution.
First, check the physical connections of the equipment (network cable, fixture, flight plug and etc.). If the inability to start/stop is caused by communication issues, then restart the equipment.
Check if the computer configuration meets the requirements.
