Check if the computer configuration meets the requirements.
Check the computer's running memory, end processes occupying memory, and ensure that the memory usage rate does not exceed 90%. After disabling the firewall and antivirus software, restart the software. If the issue persists, then reinstall the software. Before reinstalling, please uninstall or disable the firewall and antivirus software.
Solution 1: Check if the set voltage and current match the displayed voltage and current. Solution 2: Verify the accuracy of the equipment. (If there is a discrepancy, calibration service may be required. Please contact the after-sales department for resolution).
Check the computer's running memory, it should not exceed 90%. Clean up the computer's disk space. Pause the test first, then save the data separately. Manually delete historical data, it is recommended to delete data older than six months. Add a new hard drive to the computer and retest.
Restart the control unit (restart the device), wait until the control unit screen is completely off, and then turn it on again.
