Abnormal status indicator

Solution 1: Check if the fixture has poor contact, readjust or replace the fixture as needed.
Solution 2: Re-calibrate the equipment. For calibration, please contact the after-sales department to resolve.

When the work step Settings appear gray and cannot be edited, refer to the following solutions.

Solution 1. Shut down the equipment for 20 minutes, then restart both the equipment and the computer.
Solution 2. Upgrade the client-server, and format the control unit (upgrading the server and formatting the control unit may pose risks, it is recommended to contact the after-sales department for assistance).
Solution 3. It may be due to the channel stop time being too long, resulting in a channel continuation alarm. The control unit time synchronization has not been updated completely. After synchronization is completed, the channel continuation will return to normal.

Backup failure could be due to various reasons. It's recommended to perform the following solutions.

You can try upgrading the software to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, it may be a programming error.

The software server is not running. Restart the server.
