First, check the physical connections of the equipment (network cable, fixture, flight plug and etc.). If the inability to start/stop is caused by communication issues, then restart the equipment.
After power on, if the channels cannot start, it may be due to the device not being connected or the database mapping table being damaged. Solution 1: Check the physical connection status of the device. First, check if the host computer has detected the lower computer. Once detected, the lower computer indicator light will be lit. Then, verify if a user has logged in. Solution 2: Database repair is required. Use the script tool for database repair. Please contact the after-sales department for assistance with database repair.
The steps saved using a higher version of the software cannot be launched on an older version. It is recommended to update the software version. For example, process step files saved in BTS8.1 cannot be launched in BTS8.0.
Solution 1: Check if the network cable and port are well connected. Solution 2: Restart the host computer, change the boot sequence (start the lower computer before the host computer), and then remap. Remapping correction plan: If the mapping is incorrect while the channel is in the running state and cannot be reset, first pause the channel, save the data, then right-click and select "Clear Flag," enter "Mapping Settings," right-click and select "Undo Current Channel," then remap the channel and save the mapping. Solution 3: Modify the equipment box number through calibration software/box number modification software (please contact after-sales support to resolve the issue).
When the battery stops automatically during the set-aside process, it's possible that it's restricted by protection conditions. Modifying the protection conditions should resolve the issue.
Check if the negative power supply is working properly. Devices without a negative power supply will have lower current as the voltage decreases (devices with 6A or above have a negative power supply). Verify if the displayed and set voltage and current values are consistent.
