Check the computer's running memory, it should not exceed 90%. Clean up the computer's disk space. Pause the test first, then save the data separately. Manually delete historical data, it is recommended to delete data older than six months. Add a new hard drive to the computer and retest.

Solution 1: End the channel status before power-off, and then restart the channel.
Solution 2: It may be caused by database damage, and a script is needed to repair the database. Please contact the after-sales department for database repair.

You can try restarting the computer first to resolve the issue. If the problem is not resolved, please upgrade the client-server. If you are unsure how to upgrade the client-server, please contact the after-sales department.

We recommend sending it back for factory repair.
