Voltage and current cannot reach set value

Backup failure could be due to various reasons. It's recommended to perform the following solutions.

Open the "System Settings" interface of the BTS client, and in the "Data Download" section, check if there is an option for "Export Auxiliary Channel Data." If the issue persists, it may be a bug. Please provide feedback to the after-sales team for resolution.

Check the Ethernet cable and Ethernet port for good contact, shut down the device for 20 minutes, restart the device, and restart the computer.

You can try restarting the computer first to resolve the issue. If the problem is not resolved, please upgrade the client-server. If you are unsure how to upgrade the client-server, please contact the after-sales department.

Check if the process step settings are correct. If it is confirmed that the inability to test is not caused by process step setting issues, please contact the after-sales department for assistance.

Check the computer's running memory, it should not exceed 90%. Clean up the computer's disk space. Pause the test first, then save the data separately. Manually delete historical data, it is recommended to delete data older than six months. Add a new hard drive to the computer and retest.
