Steps cannot be edited

When the work step Settings appear gray and cannot be edited, refer to the following solutions.


Solution 1: Check whether the user has logged in.

On the menu bar of BTS8.0, choose User to check whether you have logged in. User name: admin, Password: neware.


 

Solution 2: It could be that a sub-account has been set up without editing permissions. Granting the permissions should resolve the issue.

Open BTS 8.0, click "User" in the menu bar, go to the "User management" page, and select "Modify user group." You can modify the permissions for the user group on this page. After setting them up, click "Submit."
