The software server is not running. Restart the server.
Check the computer's running memory, end processes occupying memory, and ensure that the memory usage rate does not exceed 90%. After disabling the firewall and antivirus software, restart the software. If the issue persists, then reinstall the software. Before reinstalling, please uninstall or disable the firewall and antivirus software.
Clean up disk space or replace the SD card.
Modify the equipment box number through the calibration software or box number modification software. It is not recommended to perform this operation on your own. Please contact the after-sales department for assistance.
Solution 1: End the channel status before power-off, and then restart the channel. Solution 2: It may be caused by database damage, and a script is needed to repair the database. Please contact the after-sales department for database repair.
